You can always find help of a friend in such a case. You can simply burst out all what you want to claim to a friend. This could help you avoid having a clash with somebody at the office. Also, don't try and be over demanding. Many folks try to be extremely perfect at what they do. You want to keep your perfectionism in control to avoid job stress. Try to do everything at work in the best manner but don't get too over demanding else you are sure to be stressed.
